Mowie’s story
I think I should start my own adoption clinic through macandsunny.com.
A couple of days ago, a cat wandered not into our yard, but onto our doormat. She cried and cried and just wanted to get in. She had some hair loss, which we assumed was the worst. She is super friendly, I mean such a nice cat.
After sleeping on our doormat and crying outside, I felt bad for her and went to give her attention. I noticed she is missing hair all under her belly and base of her tail, plus she had some rash looking thing under her arm. I had this terrible feeling she had cancer. After playing with her paws I noticed she was declawed. Declawed!! Who lets a sweet, friendly, declawed cat outside to die! The people up the street moved out a few days ago, I think they just left her here. Bastards.
So today my dad and I brought her to the Sayrebook vet. Mowzer was so good in the car and when we got there, she was happy to be at the vet! She rubbed up against everyone and everything, even let the vet rub her belly on the table. Everyone was in love. Turns out, as of right now, Mowie doesn’t have any signs of leukemia. Her hair loss and rash is an allergic reaction to fleas. If she hadn’t cried and slept on our doormat for 2 days, she wouldn’t have survived outside with no nails. What is wrong with people.
The moral of this story is that Mowzer needs a home! She is declawed and spayed and the nicest cat you’d ever meet. She loves attention and definitely deserves a good home. After all that she’s been through, she deserves a mansion and grapes fed to her.
Interested? :)
